All orders will be shipped within two (2) business days of your purchase. A tracking reference will be sent to you to track your order arrival.
Gift boxes are not available to order separately and will only be included on order deliveries which include a Petticoat Tutu.
Shipping within Australia is calculated by item weight with free shipping available on orders over AUD $200.00.
International shipping is currently available through our website to New Zealand, Canada, USA and the United Kingdom. Please contact us directly if your country is not listed, as we would love to assist in delivering your order outside of Australia.
Refunds are only available on faulty, unworn items and does not extend to our customised signature Petticoat Princess keepsake gift boxes.
Please note that our petticoat tutu’s are delicate and must be treated with care. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect washing are not considered to be faulty.
Exchanges can only be accepted within seven (7) days and does not extend to our customised signature Petticoat Princess gift boxes. If the size or colour petticoat tutu is not available then you may exchange for equal or greater value in which you will need to pay the difference.
Unless an incorrect item has been sent, all charges related to returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer. This includes any taxes or duties levied by your country.
Orders paid with AfterPay will be subject to a cancellation and administration fee of $29.95
How to apply for a Return or Exchange
Please email us to discuss the return before sending to firstname.lastname@example.org where we will respond to your concerns within two business days. Please note returns will not be accepted without a returns number issued by Petticoat Princess.
Once your order has been finalised we may not be able to make any adjustments to your order once it has been processed for shipping, however please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to amend your order. If the order has been dispatched the customer is responsible for all addition postage costs involved in the exchange process and a returns number will need to be obtained before sending it back to Petticoat Princess.
Our petticoat tutus are made with delicate tulle that if not handled with care, the soft tulle may fray or pull. Petticoat Princess is not responsible for any damage to the skirt once the garment has been worn and we will not except returns. Please note before your petticoat has been sent we have carefully checked over the tulle to ensure it is perfect. If by chance you have received a faulty garment, please email us immediately with an image of the fault.
Washing Instructions - We recommend hand washing the garment or washing the garment in a lingerie bag in cold water gentle cycle. Do not iron or tumble dry.
